ABOUT
Jeff's mission
is to serve all clients with honesty, integrity and competence, with goals to
provide a variety of loans to borrowers with the lowest interest rates, lowest
closing costs, and best customer service possible. By using his creative and
financial background, Jeff excels at helping borrowers overcome roadblocks and
solve problems that can arise while securing a loan, delivering unparalleled
service and results.
Jeff was born
and raised in West Los Angeles and has been involved in the L.A. community all
of his life. His sense of community started at a very young age through his
participation in Westwood Boy Scout Troop 137 where he was awarded the honor of
Eagle Scout and lead his troop through many community outreach programs.
Jeff continued his community involvement in college while majoring in Business
Administration at nearby California State University Northridge. In college he
was Chairman of his Fraternity’s Philanthropy committee and was involved in many
of the groups around campus. Recently, Jeff has been busy donating time and
resources as an Executive Board member of the
Young Men's Division of the L.A. Guardians
(a philanthropic organization supporting the Jewish Home for the Aging).
Jeff comes to
real estate via the entertainment industry where he spent 10 years doing various
aspects of production finance, management and producing in both television and
film. In his quest for a more direct avenue to working with and helping people,
he moved to real estate under the tutelage of a family friend, a top-producing
Beverly Hills realtor with over 35 years experience. .
Jeff currently
lives in Sherman Oaks with his family, and is a Senior Residential Mortgage
Banker for Priority Financial Network (PFN). PFN is an FHA approved
Direct-Lender with in-house, direct products from several national lenders, and
broker access to more than 30 others. We can handle loans of $250,000 up to the
super-jumbo loan limits of $50,000,000 and beyond.
